Product Description
Introduction
HSFF Full-automatic Filling Machine gets the liquid materials filled accurately and effectively through sensors, manipulators and PLC control system. The whole machine includes stainless steel roller conveyor, automatic pail-on, filling, capping, palletizing, labelling and coding devices.
Working principle
The filling is run by weighing type measurement. The weighing module is Mettler Toledo, accuracy at 1%-2%. Filling quantity can be set as required. There is power roller conveyor to convey the pails for filling, capping, and optional palletizing.
Filling procedure
Clear the data and put the pails on the conveyor manually. The pails will be conveyed to the filling posistion automatically. Then the sensor locates the pails and starts filling by inserting the filling heads. When the quantity is up to the set value, feeding valve stops automatically, the filling head rises, the anti-leaking device protects materials from leaking out. The filled pails leave the filling position and move to the next capping posistion which is exactly like the filling process.
